About Me

Hi! I am a flexibility coach with a passion to help everyone achieve the flexibility of their dreams! I am a fully qualified with Alixa Flexibility Method, and now based in the North East. I teach online group flexibility classes with Repose Online, and private online flexibility 1-2-1s, I also travel the UK delivering flexibility and movement workshops.

Alongside flexibility, I also teach aerial hoop, ballet and contemporary. As a dancer and performer, I love to explore movement and creativity, and how this can help release the stress and tension from our bodies. Flexibility and stretching can be very misunderstood,  and this is why I am determined to spread the knowledge that everyone can be flexible, it just takes a bit of practice and determination!

I love my job and everything about it! I love meeting new people and working with different bodies, at different stages of their flexibility journeys. Whatever your goal is, my aim is to make you feel more free in your own body, and for your body to feel amazing! So whether you would like to start feeling more supple and get rid of pain or stress, or whether you would like to increase your flexibility to achieve bigger goals in other art forms such as dance of aerial work, I would love to hear from you!
